You are welcome to return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered clothing to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Just include the order number listed on the order confirmation email, contact with us and we will send you a link to print a free return shipping label within Canada.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Would you like a refund or exchange?
You may choose to receive a refund, or an exchange in the form of store credit in the amount of the actual purchase price for the item. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Returned merchandise originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card, will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit for the value of the item being returned.
Cash will not be issued.
How to ship the item back to us
If you are shipping your return:
Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or phone number used to purchase the item along with your receipt(s)/order number(s). Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid, or using the link we send to you to print a free return label to ship through Canada Post. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For International Customers (Outside of Canada):
Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will only cover up to $15CAD for international shipping. We will add this to your total refund/exchange amount. We do not refund the total shipping amount for orders outside of Canada.
When will I get my money back?
We issue refunds and exchanges as soon as we receive the returned item.
We only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
For purchases through PayPal:
If a PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.
If a credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
What can't be returned?
The following items are excluded from this return policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:
- Corset Dresses
- Gift Cards (Digital or Physical)
